JK Fibrecrete

  • JK Fibrecrete is achieved by introduction of polypropylene and polyster fibres.
  • These fibres compenssate the lack of tensile strength of the concrete by taking the tensile stress themselves and prevent cracks.

  • JK Liecrete is achieved by introducing foam in the concrete.

  • Thermally controlled ingredients and their proportions are carefully selected to minimise the heat of hydration.
  • Reduces core temperature and diffrential temperature in mass pours.

    • JK steelfibrecrete

  • JK steelfibrecrete is steel fiber reinforced concrete with increased flexural and tensile strength allowing it to bear flexural loads and rolling loads very efficiently.
  • This is achieved by addition of high grade steel fibres which spreads uniformly in concrete acts as integral flexural member in otherwise weak in tension concrete.

  • JK Naturecrete is low fines concrete solution designed for recharging the ground water table level.
  • Water does not flow over this concrete but percolated in to the ground again due to its pervious design thus reducing the run off and flooding
